A large-scale engineering construction group (Party A) in Zhejiang, China, which contracted to built a construction project for the “Century Jindu” community in Jinchang City, Gansu Province, China. In the bidding for the early product supply (external wall paint,  stone paint, waterproof slurry, etc.), Opal Chemical Co.,(Party B) was successfully selected. However, supply proportion is only 30% because there are other two chemical suppliers. Even so, we not only pay our best efforts to meet the quality and delivery period requirements according to the contract, but also sent technical engineers to the site for guiding We maintained close communication with the project leaders during the whole construction.

The project is divided into three phases. At the end of the first phase of 32000m2, the products of our company(Party B) have been  appreciated by the engineering construction company (Party A) both in quality and delivery. And the price is also lower than the other two chemical companies. Finally, Party A increased the proportion of Party B's supply (from 30% to 60%). Later, the third phase of the supply was entirely handed over to Party B after Party A's examination and research.

The third year, Party A handed over the supply of a newly-built commercial street in the Wuwei City residential community to Party B with a total valuation of USD 1.2 million.

At present, Party A and Party B have maintained close commercial cooperation.
